JOB TITLE: Business Development (Sr.) Manager – Korea

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Market Development & Business Expansion
   • Drive business development across Korea, promoting independent imaging review solutions
   • Identify and pursue independent imaging review opportunities with biopharma companies; manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
   • Develop tailored proposals and lead bid defense presentations
2. Client Network Building
   • Rapidly establish and deepen relationships with Korean biotech/pharma companies
   • Build professional connections with key clinical research institutions and KOLs
   • Represent MERIT at industry conferences to enhance brand visibility
3. Performance Delivery
   • Execute annual sales plans and meet revenue targets
   • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM reporting
4. Cross-Cultural Collaboration
   • Coordinate closely with APAC and global teams to ensure seamless client service delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree
2. Experience: 2+ years working as BD in CRO, clinical trial services or related fields; connection with Oncology, Ophthalmology and Respiratory sponsor preferred
3. Local Network: Established network within Korean biopharma industry with direct access to decision-makers at domestic pharma companies and bio-techs
4. Languages: Native speaker of Korean; fluent English for business communication
5. Ability to open markets independently
